Wow, congratulations!
Christi, I"m so excited for you. Of course, when you come back you have to bring a pic or two. Your first? Here's what I'm thinking...you will never look at your classroom children the same way again. My first child came during my second year of teaching. I instantly knew two things about my students. First, they were now someone else's children and secondly, I knew how they became who they were. They had parents!
Bless you as you begin the most rewarding and life threatening journey of your life.
